The Brotherhood
Faith. Brotherhood. Identity.
Most men feel it — that gap between the man they are and the man they know they're supposed to be. The Brotherhood exists to close that gap. Through faith, accountability, and a clear identity, we build men who lead well — in their homes, their work, and their walk with God.
The Problem
We live in an era that mocks masculinity and offers men no real model of strength. The result is men who are passive, purposeless, and spiritually absent. That ends here.
Most men have surface-level friendships built on sports and small talk — nothing that holds them to who they're called to be.
Sitting in a pew on Sunday isn't discipleship. Men need mission, not just attendance.
Without knowing who you are, you drift into who circumstances shape you to be. That drift costs you everything.
Men were not designed to walk alone. Isolation is where strength goes to die.
What We Believe
What We Build
The Brotherhood isn't a podcast or a newsletter. It's an active community structured around the things that actually make men stronger.
Know your archetype. Know your strengths and shadows. Know exactly who God made you to be — so you stop performing and start leading.
Small groups of men who know you well enough to call you out and committed enough to stick around. Not therapy. Brotherhood.
Biblical teaching applied to real life. Not churchianity — discipleship. The same way Jesus built twelve men who changed the world.
Men who lead their families, their businesses, and their communities don't stumble into that. They build it. We give you the framework.
A man who can't steward money can't steward much else. We tackle financial discipline from a faith and identity perspective — not just tactics.
Your body is not separate from your spirit. How you treat your body reveals how you treat your calling. We hold a standard here too.

The Man Behind This
I didn't build The Brotherhood because I had it all figured out. I built it because I didn't — and I looked around and realised most of the men I respected didn't either. We were all performing instead of leading. Staying busy instead of becoming.
The archetype framework gave me language for who I already was. Not a new identity — clarity on the one God already placed in me. Once I understood my pattern — where I was strong, where I was operating from fear, where my shadow was costing the people around me — everything shifted. The way I led. The way I showed up for the people I love. The way I followed God.
I built The Brotherhood to be the community I was desperate for and couldn't find. Men who don't just talk about growth — they hold each other to it.
"Know who God made you to be.
Then build everything from there."
— Yarrit, Founder of The Brotherhood
The Mission
We don't just use biblical language as decoration. The Brotherhood is built on the conviction that Jesus Christ is the fullest expression of what a man can be — servant, leader, warrior, shepherd, and king all at once. Every archetype points back to Him.
This community is for men who take their faith seriously and want to live it in every dimension of their life — their fatherhood, their work, their finances, their friendships, and their discipline. Not a religious club. A band of brothers walking together toward God's call on their lives.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
— Proverbs 27:17
Early Members
I always thought my drive was a strength — and it is. But I had no idea how much damage I was doing around me because I couldn't slow down. The Warrior archetype named it perfectly. The brotherhood doesn't let me perform. They see through it and hold me to something better.
I've spent years thinking and reading and analysing — and I was still stuck. Turns out the Sage without brotherhood just becomes isolation dressed up as wisdom. This community gave me men who match my depth and actually push back. That's rare. That's what I needed.
The call with Yarrit hit different. I knew I was wired to lead — I just didn't know where my authority was coming from fear instead of strength. He named my shadow in the first ten minutes. One session, more clarity than I'd had in years. Worth ten times the price.
